Grip Top
How do you put on a RACKET HAND GRIP?
OK, i have a prince triple threat soveriegn racket worth 60 pounds, but i want to make it a bit better, so i bought a ripple karakal handle grip.
Now it has one pointed side marked start, do i use this pointed side for the top or bottom?

i think you should first find the butt cap (with the manufacturer's logo) at bottom of the handle. once we agreed on where the butt cap is located (i assume "bottom" here) then we can start.
now hold the racquet upside down. that is, the strung frame below the handle.
at the side of the butt cap, place the tapered end of the grip (it has some adhesive on it to stick to the handle). begin wrapping the grip counter clockwise, overlapping the grip at about 1/16 inches. continue wrapping as you prefer (or near the beginning of the frame). use a marker to draw a line where you want to cut the grip end. unwrap a bit and use scissors to cut down the line. wrap the cut end and secure it with the adhesive tape (usually provided when buying a grip). hope it helps
