Medical Needles For Biopsy
Medical needles found a lot of applications in medicine. The needles are used for two types of work: the collection of liquid and release of liquid.

How does its work?
Filling up
Even when injecting a substance into a subject, one must fill up the medical needle first. The needle itself is plunged into the desired substance. If, for example, a medical practitioner needs a sampling of a patient's blood, the plunger within the syringe's tube is pushed all the way in (pushing all of the air out of said tube), then the needle is pushed through the patient's skin into a vein. At this point, the plunger is pulled back slightly through the syringe tube--to make sure blood is, indeed, filling the tube, and the suction caused by the pulled plunger "sucks" blood up through the needle and into the syringe tube. Depending on how much blood is needed, the plunger is pulled either partly or all the way back, producing a steady flow of blood into the tube.
Pushing Out
Conversely, when a substance must be injected into a subject, the filled syringe is pushed through the skin of the subject at the desired spot. The syringe pump, pulled back all the way on account of the filled tube, is then pushed forward all the way, emptying the tube of its contents through the needle and into the subject. The medical needle is then quickly pulled out.
